Adept at handling a variety of employment-related matters, Ms. Zeif’s experience includes, but is not limited to, wrongful termination, wages, overtime, meal and rest periods, Title VII discrimination, pregnancy discrimination, disability discrimination, harassment, and breach of contract. Her experience includes preparation of numerous briefs and motions, propounding and responding to discovery requests, attending and conducting depositions, preparing for and attending mediations, preparing for and attending arbitrations, as well as trial preparation. Ms. Zeif is very experienced at both the pre-litigation and litigation stages.

Ms. Zeif is a 2002 graduate of Purdue University and obtained her J.D. from Western State University College of Law in 2006. She passed the State Bar and obtained her license to practice law in 2006.

She is a member of the Orange County and Los Angeles Bar Associations, California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA), and the State Bar of California.
