Michael A. Gould



With over 30 years of experience, Mr. Gould’s legal practice focuses entirely on representing employees. He handles cases that span all areas of employment and labor law including, but not limited to, wrongful termination, wages, overtime, meal and rest periods, Title VII discrimination, pregnancy discrimination, disability discrimination, harassment, and breach of contract. Mr. Gould also takes on class action lawsuits and cases under the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) for wage and hour law violations and has tried more than 30 cases to verdict.

A 1986 graduate of the University of Manitoba, Mr. Gould obtained his J.D. from Western State University College of Law in 1990. He then passed the State Bar and obtained his license to practice law. He is a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA), and the State Bar of California. Mr. Gould is also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).
